Creamy Strawberry Cheesecake Dip

This Strawberry Cheesecake Dip is a light, no-bake dessert that delivers all the flavor of cheesecake in dip form. Fresh, sweet strawberries folded into a whipped cream cheese base create a treat that’s perfect for warm-weather snacking yet rich enough for entertaining. A short chill in the refrigerator gives it a thick, scoopable consistency ideal for dipping graham crackers or fresh fruit.
Strawberry Cheesecake Dip Ingredients
Creamy Base
- Cream cheese, softened — 8 oz
- Powdered sugar — ½ cup
- Vanilla extract — 1 tsp
Mix-Ins & Serving
- Fresh strawberries, chopped — 1 cup
- Graham crackers or sliced fruit — for serving
- Honey (optional) — for drizzling
Instructions
1. Whip the Cream Cheese
In a medium bowl, use an electric mixer on medium speed to beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth, fluffy, and free of lumps.
2. Prepare the Strawberries
Rinse, hull, and chop the strawberries. If they release a lot of juice, gently pat them dry to keep the dip from becoming thin.
3. Fold Together
Carefully fold the chopped strawberries into the cream cheese mixture until evenly incorporated.
4. Chill
Spoon the dip into a serving bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Chilling allows the flavors to meld and the texture to firm up.
5. Serve
Serve cold with graham crackers, vanilla wafers, or apple slices. Drizzle lightly with honey just before serving, if desired.
