Instructions

1. Preheat the Oven
Heat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a roasting pan with aluminum foil.

2. Season the Chicken
Place the diced chicken breasts and thighs in a bowl and toss with olive oil. Sprinkle with sea salt, black pepper, and granulated onion, mixing until evenly coated.

3. Prepare for Baking
Spread the seasoned chicken evenly in the prepared roasting pan. Cover loosely with foil.
