These Rotel Cream Cheese Sausage Balls are a simple, crowd-favorite appetizer that works great for gatherings, game days, or a quick snack. Flavorful sausage, zesty tomatoes with green chilies, and creamy cheese blend together to create a rich, satisfying bite every time.

Rotel Cream Cheese Sausage Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb breakfast sausage (mild or spicy)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1½ cups Bisquick or self-rising flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • ½ tsp onion powder (optional)
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions:

Preheat the Oven
Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the sausage, softened cream cheese, drained Rotel, cheddar cheese, Bisquick, and seasonings. Stir until the mixture is well blended.

Shape the Balls
Portion the mixture and roll it into balls about 1 to 1½ inches in diameter. Arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake
Bake for 20–25 minutes, until the sausage balls are golden brown and fully cooked.

Serve
Serve warm with your preferred dipping sauce.
