Amish White Cashew Clusters
Ingredients:
2 cups white chocolate chips
1 cup cashew nuts
1/2 cup dried cranberries
Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the Pan
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat to keep the clusters from sticking.
Step 2: Melt the Chocolate
Place the white chocolate chips in a heat-safe bowl. Melt using a double boiler or microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
Step 3: Mix Everything Together
Add the cashews and dried cranberries to the melted chocolate and stir until evenly coated.
Step 4: Shape the Clusters
Spoon portions of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving a little space between each.
Step 5: Let Them Set
Allow the clusters to firm up at room temperature, or refrigerate for 15–20 minutes to speed up the process.
Step 6: Serve or Store
Once fully set, remove from the pan and enjoy. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
