Shrimp Bacon Bites

These crispy shrimp bites bring back memories of busy family gatherings and kitchen counters covered with homemade appetizers. Made with just shrimp, smoky bacon, and a sprinkle of paprika, they deliver a savory combination of salty, smoky flavor in every bite. They’re simple to prepare, naturally low in carbs, and always popular at parties or casual get-togethers.

Serve them warm with toothpicks for easy snacking. Lemon wedges add a fresh, bright touch, while cocktail sauce or a creamy garlic dip makes a great pairing. They also fit well alongside veggie trays, salads, or other simple appetizers for holidays, game days, or weekend meals.

3-Ingredient Shrimp Bacon Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 12 slices bacon, cut in half
  • 1½ tsp smoked paprika

Directions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.

Pat the shrimp dry and season evenly with the smoked paprika.

Wrap each shrimp with a half slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.

Arrange the wrapped shrimp in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 15–20 minutes, turning once halfway through, until the bacon is crisp and the shrimp are cooked through.

For extra crisp bacon, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end, watching closely to prevent burning.

Let cool slightly before serving warm.
