Golden Ham & Cheese Croissants

These baked ham and cheese croissants are the kind of recipe everyone reaches for the second they come out of the oven. Flaky buttery croissants filled with savory ham and melted cheese make them perfect for breakfast, brunch, lunch, or a quick dinner.
The easy honey-Dijon topping brushed over the croissants gives them a glossy golden finish with the perfect balance of buttery, sweet, and savory flavor.
