Cinnamon Sugar Biscuit Bites

Easy Cinnamon Sugar Biscuit Bites
These bite-sized cinnamon treats are buttery, soft, and coated in a sweet cinnamon-sugar layer that turns perfectly golden in the oven. They’re quick to make and perfect for breakfast, dessert, or a cozy snack to share.
Ingredients
| Ingredient | Amount |
|---|---|
| Refrigerated biscuit dough | 1 tube (16.3 oz) |
| Unsalted butter, melted | 4 tbsp |
| Granulated sugar | 1/2 cup |
| Ground cinnamon | 1 tbsp |
Instructions
1. Prepare the oven
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish lightly to prevent sticking and help the bites brown evenly.
2. Cut the biscuit dough
Separate the biscuits and cut each one into three smaller pieces. Smaller portions bake faster and create a fluffy center with lightly crisp edges.
3. Add the coating
Combine the sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Dip each biscuit piece into the melted butter, then roll it in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until fully coated.
Arrange the coated pieces evenly in the prepared baking dish, leaving a little space between them so they can puff up while baking.
4. Bake until golden
Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the sugar mixture is bubbling around the edges. For even baking, rotate the pan halfway through the cooking time.
5. Cool slightly and enjoy
Allow the biscuit bites to cool for about 5 minutes before serving. This gives them time to set while keeping the inside soft and gooey.
