Instructions
1. Heat the skillet
Place a small nonstick or well-seasoned skillet over medium heat and allow it to warm for about 1–2 minutes.
2. Add the feta
Scatter the feta into the pan in a loose circle, leaving a small opening in the center for the egg.
Cook without stirring for 2–3 minutes until the cheese begins melting and the edges turn golden and crispy.
3. Cook the egg
Crack the egg into the center of the feta ring. If needed, gently tilt the pan to help keep the egg white in place.
Continue cooking for another 3–4 minutes, until the egg white is set and the yolk remains soft and runny.
4. Serve immediately
