This creamy chicken parmesan skillet combines juicy chicken, rich garlic cream sauce, sun-dried tomatoes, and melted Parmesan for a comforting meal packed with flavor. Instructions

1. Season the chicken

Sprinkle the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and half of the oregano.

2. Cook the chicken

Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. For extra flavor, you can add a small amount of oil from the sun-dried tomatoes.

Cook the chicken for about 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

3. Make the sauce

In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter. Add the garlic, onion, sun-dried tomatoes, and remaining oregano. Cook until softened and fragrant.

4. Add cream and Parmesan

Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine. Add the Parmesan cheese and cook for a few minutes until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.

Season with additional salt and pepper if needed.

5. Add the spinach

Stir the spinach into the sauce and cook just until wilted.

6. Finish the dish

Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the sauce over the top. Let everything simmer together for 2–3 minutes so the flavors blend.

7. Serve

Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
