Philly-Style Cheesesteak Quesadillas

Directions

1. Cook the Steak

Warm 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced steak, season with salt and black pepper, and cook until browned and tender. Once the excess moisture has evaporated, transfer the meat to a plate and set aside.

2. Sauté the Vegetables
