3-Ingredient Whipped Lemonade

One warm afternoon, my mother-in-law introduced me to this incredibly easy drink, and it completely changed my idea of homemade lemonade. Unlike traditional lemonade or powdered mixes, this version is rich, creamy, and almost resembles a frozen dessert—without using any ice cream. With only lemon juice, sweetened condensed milk, and ice, it blends into a light yellow, frothy treat that’s thick enough to enjoy with both a straw and a spoon. It has become one of my favorite weekend refreshments, especially when friends stop by or the kids are playing outside. It disappears quickly, and requests for another round are guaranteed.

Serve in tall glasses with a straw and a long spoon for scooping up the icy foam on top. It’s a refreshing afternoon indulgence and pairs wonderfully with backyard cookout classics such as burgers, hot dogs, or even a bowl of salty popcorn. For an extra-special presentation, garnish with a lemon wheel or add a few extra ice cubes to keep it chilled longer.

3-Ingredient Creamy Whipped Lemonade

Ingredients (Makes 2 Servings)

IngredientAmountNotes
Fresh lemon juice⅓ cupFrom 2–3 lemons
Sweetened condensed milk½ cup
Ice cubes2 cups (10–12 cubes)Add more or less for desired thickness

Directions

Step 1:
Place the lemon juice, sweetened condensed milk, and ice cubes into a blender.

Step 2:
Blend on high speed for 30–60 seconds, or until the mixture becomes smooth, creamy, frothy, and pale yellow. Stop and scrape down the sides if necessary.

Step 3:
Taste and adjust as desired. Add a little more condensed milk for extra sweetness or additional lemon juice for a brighter citrus flavor. Blend again briefly to combine.

Step 4:
Pour into tall serving glasses. The finished drink should be thick, icy, and creamy.

Step 5:
Serve right away. If the mixture begins to melt, give it a quick stir or blend for a few seconds to bring back its fluffy texture.
