Creamy Sausage Tortellini Bake (Slow Cooker, 3 Ingredients)

Serving Ideas

  • Pair with a crisp green salad and a light vinaigrette.
  • Serve alongside garlic bread or soft dinner rolls to soak up the sauce.
  • Add steamed green beans or roasted broccoli for a well-rounded meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground Italian sausage (mild or hot)
  • 1 jar (20–24 oz) creamy Alfredo sauce
  • 1 package (20–24 oz) refrigerated cheese tortellini (no need to pre-cook)

Directions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and cooked through. Drain off any excess grease.
Stir in the Alfredo sauce and warm for 1–2 minutes.
Add the tortellini and toss until everything is evenly coated.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish, cover with foil, and bake for 20–25 minutes until tender and bubbling.
Remove the foil and continue baking for another 5–10 minutes, until the top is lightly golden.
Let it rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
