Instructions

  1. Preheat and prepare – Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook the meat – In a skillet, brown the ground beef. Add the onion and garlic and sauté for 3 to 4 minutes. Stir in the bell peppers and corn and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
