Salt½ teaspoon
Fresh strawberries1½ cups, diced

👩‍🍳 Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Prepare the Streusel
In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Cut in the cold butter using your fingers or a pastry cutter until the mixture is crumbly. Set aside.

2. Make the Cheesecake Center
Beat the cream cheese in a medium bowl until smooth. Mix in vanilla and powdered sugar until fully blended. Set aside.

3. Mix the Muffin Batter
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugars. Add sour cream, eggs, and vanilla, mixing until smooth and fluffy.

4. Incorporate the Dry Ingredients
Stir in flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until just combined. Gently fold in the diced strawberries.

5. Layer the Muffins
Line a muffin pan with paper liners. Add a spoonful of batter to each cup, followed by a small dollop of cheesecake filling. Top with more batter and lightly press down to even the tops.

6. Add Streusel
Evenly sprinkle the prepared streusel mixture on top of each muffin.

7. Bake to Perfection
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the tops are golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
