Southern 3-Ingredient Bacon Wrapped Jalapenos

My brother never waits for these—he’s already grabbing them straight from the pan the second they come out of the oven. They’re an easy, no-hassle appetizer you’d expect at a laid-back get-together: jalapeños stuffed with smooth, creamy cheese, wrapped in savory bacon, and baked until tender, melty, and crisp. Perfect when you want something quick that still feels a little special.

Serve them right from the skillet on a trivet in the center of the table. They pair nicely with cold drinks like beer, sweet tea, or lemonade. Add some chips, fresh veggies, or a light salad to round things out. They’re also great alongside grilled burgers, pulled pork, or fried chicken—and they’ll disappear quickly whether it’s a backyard gathering, holiday party, or game day.

Bacon-Wrapped Jalapeños (3 Ingredients)

Ingredients
12 medium jalapeños, halved lengthwise
8 oz cream cheese, softened
12 slices bacon

Directions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and set a cast-iron skillet on the counter.
Wash and dry the jalapeños, then slice them in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes.
Fill each half with cream cheese, spreading it evenly.
Cut the bacon slices in half and wrap each jalapeño, placing them seam-side down in the skillet.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, until the bacon is crisp and the peppers are tender. Broil for 2–3 minutes if you’d like extra crispiness.
Let them cool for about 5 minutes, then serve warm straight from the skillet.
