Instructions
- Preheat & Prepare Pan:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish thoroughly or line it with greased parchment paper for easier removal. - Crush the Graham Crackers:
Place the graham crackers in a large zip-top bag and crush with a rolling pin, or pulse them in a food processor until finely ground. - Mix the Ingredients:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs with evaporated milk, sugar, softened butter, vanilla, and cinnamon. Stir until fully incorporated. Fold in the chocolate chips and pecans. - Bake the Mixture:
Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking dish. Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until the top turns golden and the center is set. - Cool & Slice:
Let the dessert cool completely before cutting into bars or bite-sized pieces.
