Ingredients
For the Salad:
- White or Shoepeg corn (drained) – 3 cans
- Cucumber (large, diced) – 1
- Tomatoes (diced) – 2
- Red bell pepper (diced) – ½
- Green onions (chopped) – 5
For the Dressing:
- Mayonnaise – ⅔ cup
- White vinegar – 1 ½ tablespoons
- Granulated sugar – 1 tablespoon
Instructions
- Prepare the Salad:
In a large mixing bowl, add the drained corn, diced cucumber, tomatoes, red bell pepper, and chopped green onions. Stir gently to combine. - Mix the Dressing:
