Ingredients

For the Salad:

  • White or Shoepeg corn (drained) – 3 cans
  • Cucumber (large, diced) – 1
  • Tomatoes (diced) – 2
  • Red bell pepper (diced) – ½
  • Green onions (chopped) – 5

For the Dressing:

  • Mayonnaise – ⅔ cup
  • White vinegar – 1 ½ tablespoons
  • Granulated sugar – 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Salad:
    In a large mixing bowl, add the drained corn, diced cucumber, tomatoes, red bell pepper, and chopped green onions. Stir gently to combine.
  2. Mix the Dressing:
