Oven-Baked Cheesy Corn and Spinach Casserole
This warm and hearty casserole combines the natural sweetness of corn, the wholesome flavor of spinach, and the creamy richness of cheddar cheese. It’s a no-fuss, comforting side dish that’s quick to prepare—ideal for both busy weeknights and festive gatherings.
Ingredients:

| Black pepper | ¼ teaspoon |
| Garlic powder | ¼ teaspoon |
| Butter (for greasing) | 1 tablespoon |
Instructions:
- Preheat & Prep:
Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly butter a medium-sized baking dish to prevent sticking. - Make the Mixture:
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, flour, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until well combined and smooth. - Add the Veggies & Cheese:
Fold in the drained corn, spinach leaves, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. - Assemble the Casserole:
Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish and spread it out evenly. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top. - Bake to Perfection:
