Slow Cooker Cheddar Corn with Bacon

Ingredients:
4 cups frozen corn kernels
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
½ cup heavy cream
¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional: 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:

Prepare the ingredients:
Cook the bacon until crisp, then crumble it into small pieces. Shred the cheddar cheese if needed.

Combine in the slow cooker:
Add the corn, shredded cheese, crumbled bacon, heavy cream, melted butter, garlic powder, and paprika to the slow cooker. Stir until everything is well mixed.

Season and cook:
Add salt and pepper to taste and mix again. Cover and cook on LOW for about 4 hours or on HIGH for around 2 hours. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking and ensure even cooking.

Finish and serve:
Stir once more before serving and adjust seasoning if needed. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
