Instructions
Step 1: Set up the pan
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place a wire rack on top. Arrange the crackers on the rack, leaving a little space between each, then place a piece of bacon on every cracker.
Step 2: Add the topping
Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over each piece. If you like a slight kick, add a small pinch of red pepper flakes.
Step 3: Bake
Place in the oven and bake for 12–15 minutes, until the bacon becomes crisp and the sugar melts into a caramelized coating.
Step 4: Cool and serve
Allow them to cool on the rack until they reach room temperature, then move to a serving platter.
