🔪 Instructions
- Prepare the Rolls
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the sweet rolls horizontally and arrange the bottom halves in a greased baking dish. - Melt the Cheese
Sprinkle shredded cheddar evenly over the roll bottoms. Bake briefly just until the cheese begins to melt. Remove and set aside. - Cook the Beef
In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onions until browned. Drain any excess fat. - Mix the Filling
Add the drained diced tomatoes, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to the beef mixture. Stir well to combine. - Build the Sliders
Spread the beef mixture evenly over the melted cheese on the rolls. Top with remaining cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon. Place the roll tops over everything. - Add the Glaze
In a small bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Brush this glaze generously over the tops of the sliders. Sprinkle sesame seeds if you like. - Bake and Serve
Bake uncovered for 15–20 minutes until the tops turn golden brown and slightly crispy. Slice, serve warm, and enjoy the applause from your hungry guests!
