Instructions
Melt the Dark Chocolate Gently melt the dark chocolate using a microwave (in 20–30 second bursts, stirring in between) or in a double boiler over simmering water. Once melted, stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of sea salt.
Form the Chocolate Base Pour the melted dark chocolate onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Spread it out evenly into a rectangle about ¼-inch thick. Evenly scatter chopped nuts and dried fruits across the surface, pressing them lightly into the chocolate so they stick.
Drizzle with White Chocolate Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave or using a double boiler. Drizzle it over the dark chocolate base in thin lines or swirls for contrast and added flavor.
Add Toppings While the chocolate is still soft, sprinkle your choice of toppings—shredded coconut, candy cane pieces, rainbow sprinkles, or crushed pistachios—for added color and texture.
Set and Slice Allow the chocolate to cool and set completely, either at room temperature or by placing it in the fridge for quicker results. Once firm, cut into thin sticks or bars using a sharp knife.
