Cinnamon Sugar Bite-Size Biscuits

These sweet, bite-sized treats are made from refrigerated biscuits coated in butter and cinnamon sugar, making them a quick and delicious breakfast or dessert option.

Cinnamon Sugar Mini Biscuits

Ingredients (Bites)

Confectioners’ sugar1 cup
Milk2–3 tablespoons
Vanilla extract1/2 teaspoon

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat & Prep
Set the oven to 375°F (190°C). Melt the butter in a shallow microwave-safe dish on low power. In another dish, mix the sugar and cinnamon. Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan lightly.

Step 2: Cut Biscuits
Snip each biscuit into three pieces with kitchen scissors and spread them on a plate to prevent sticking.

Step 3: Coat & Arrange
Dip each piece in melted butter, then roll in the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Place them evenly in the prepared pan until all pieces are coated.

Step 4: Bake
Bake for 15–18 minutes, until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before adding icing.

Step 5: Make & Drizzle Icing
Whisk together the confectioners’ sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Drizzle over the warm biscuits and serve.
