🛒 Ingredients
- Russet potatoes – 3 medium (about 1½ lbs), sliced thin (⅛–¼ inch)
- Olive oil – 1½ tablespoons
- Salt – ½ teaspoon
- Black pepper – ¼ teaspoon
- Garlic powder – ½ teaspoon
- Paprika – ½ teaspoon
- Onion powder – ¼ teaspoon
- Optional toppings – chopped parsley, grated Parmesan, or flaky sea salt
👩🍳 Instructions
- Prepare the Potatoes – Wash and scrub the potatoes, then slice evenly. Pat them dry thoroughly to help them crisp.
- Season – Place slices in a bowl and toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and onion powder until well coated.
- Air Fry – Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Arrange potatoes in a single layer. Cook for 9–10 minutes, flip or shake, then cook another 8–10 minutes until crisp and golden.
- Serve – Add garnishes while hot and serve immediately.
