🛒 Ingredients

  • Russet potatoes – 3 medium (about 1½ lbs), sliced thin (⅛–¼ inch)
  • Olive oil – 1½ tablespoons
  • Salt – ½ teaspoon
  • Black pepper – ¼ teaspoon
  • Garlic powder – ½ teaspoon
  • Paprika – ½ teaspoon
  • Onion powder – ¼ teaspoon
  • Optional toppings – chopped parsley, grated Parmesan, or flaky sea salt

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Prepare the Potatoes – Wash and scrub the potatoes, then slice evenly. Pat them dry thoroughly to help them crisp.
  2. Season – Place slices in a bowl and toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and onion powder until well coated.
  3. Air Fry – Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Arrange potatoes in a single layer. Cook for 9–10 minutes, flip or shake, then cook another 8–10 minutes until crisp and golden.
  4. Serve – Add garnishes while hot and serve immediately.
