- Dark Chocolate – 200g
Instructions
- Prepare the Cream Layer
In a blender, add 3 cans of cream, 2 cans of sweetened condensed milk, and 2 packets of passion fruit juice powder (or any flavor you prefer). - Blend Until Smooth
Blend for about 5 minutes until the mixture is velvety and well combined. - Assemble the Base
Pour the creamy mixture into a glass dish, spreading it evenly to form the first layer. - Make the Ganache
Melt 200g of chopped dark chocolate using a double boiler or microwave, stirring every 30 seconds so it doesn’t burn. - Combine and Smooth
Stir in 1 box of cream until the mixture turns glossy and uniform. - Finish the Dessert
