🍎 Apple Pie Bread

This cozy, spiced loaf brings together the comforting taste of apple pie and the simplicity of cake mix. It’s perfect for breakfast, an afternoon snack, or a sweet bite anytime. The chopped fresh apple adds a pleasant texture and an extra burst of apple goodness in every slice.

  1. Preheat the Oven
    Set your oven to 325°F (160°C) and allow it to preheat fully.
  2. Prepare the Pans
    Grease two loaf pans with butter or nonstick spray to prevent sticking.
  3. Mash the Filling
    Use a fork to mash the apple pie filling so it’s easier to blend into the batter.
  4. Chop the Apple
    Dice one medium apple into small pieces for added texture.
  5. Beat the Eggs
    Lightly whisk the eggs in a small bowl until just combined.
  6. Mix Dry Ingredients
    In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, self-rising flour, and 1 tablespoon of cinnamon. Stir well.
