  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon butter
