- 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Crust
- ½ cup Bisquick baking mix
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 large eggs
Topping
- 1 cup extra-sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

- Preheat & Prepare
Heat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a 9-inch pie dish with nonstick spray. - Cook the Filling
In a skillet over medium heat, cook together the ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until the beef is browned and fully cooked, about 10 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
Spread the cooked beef mixture evenly into the prepared pie plate. - Make the Crust
