Instructions
- Prepare the Oven and Dish
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or nonstick spray. - Mix the Filling
In a large mixing bowl, combine half of the shredded cheddar, sour cream, milk, melted butter, chopped bacon, onion, garlic, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended. - Layer the Potatoes and Mixture
