My mother-in-law Sue calls this a “salad,” but let’s be honest—it’s the best dessert on the table. Every time it’s served, the pan gets wiped clean in no time.

This 4-ingredient frozen strawberry fluff is one of those nostalgic, cool-and-creamy treats that feels like the perfect mix between a light mousse and a no-bake cheesecake. Creamy, fluffy, and packed with sweet strawberries, it stays soft enough to slice thanks to the whipped topping, while still giving you that refreshing frozen bite in every spoonful.
