My neighbor brought this to a potluck once and it disappears fast every single time. I couldn’t believe it only takes 4 ingredients to make something this good!

This Oven-Baked 4-Ingredient Amish Chicken and Sweet Corn Casserole is the ultimate comfort meal made simple. With only a handful of ingredients, it comes together into a rich and satisfying dish where the chicken stays tender while baking under a creamy layer of sauce and sweet corn. The stuffing on top absorbs all the flavor and turns beautifully golden with a slight crunch, giving every bite a perfect mix of soft and crisp textures.
Oven-Baked 4-Ingredient Amish Chicken and Sweet Corn Casserole
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
- 2 cans (15¼ oz each) whole kernel sweet corn, drained
- 2 cans (10½ oz each) cream of chicken soup
- 1 box (6 oz) seasoned stuffing mix (dry)
Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat and prepare
Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish, then spread the chicken pieces evenly across the bottom.
Step 2: Layer corn and soup
Distribute the drained corn evenly over the chicken. Spoon the cream of chicken soup on top and spread it out so everything is covered.
Step 3: Add stuffing topping
Sprinkle the dry stuffing mix evenly over the soup layer. Do not add any additional liquid.
Step 4: Bake covered
Cover the dish tightly with foil and bake for 30 minutes to keep the casserole moist.
Step 5: Finish uncovered
Remove the foil and continue baking for another 20–25 minutes, until the top is golden and the casserole is bubbling.
Step 6: Let it rest
Allow the dish to sit for about 10 minutes before serving so the sauce thickens and settles.
