Oven Baked Cheesy Potato Wedges

Oven-Baked Cheesy Potato Wedges
Ingredients

| Shredded cheddar cheese | 1 cup |
| Shredded mozzarella cheese | ½ cup |
| Fresh thyme leaves | 1 tbsp |
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat & Prepare
Heat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Cut the Potatoes
Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly, then slice each one into 8 wedges.
3️⃣ Season
Place the wedges in a large bowl and toss with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
4️⃣ First Bake
Spread the wedges in a single layer on the baking sheet. Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden and crispy.
5️⃣ Add the Cheese
Evenly sprinkle the cheddar and mozzarella over the hot wedges.
6️⃣ Bake Again
Return to the oven for another 5–7 minutes, until the cheese is fully melted and bubbling.
7️⃣ Finish & Serve
Garnish with fresh thyme leaves and serve immediately while hot.
