  1. Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the sausage: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and no longer pink. Drain any extra grease.
  3. Mix in the cream cheese: Lower the heat and add the cream cheese to the cooked sausage. Stir until melted and combined into a smooth, creamy mixture. Remove from heat.
  4. Prepare the crust: Unroll one can of crescent roll dough and press it evenly into the bottom of a lightly greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
