Ultimate French Dip Sliders
These French Dip Sliders bring together everything you love about a classic French dip sandwich in a smaller, shareable form. With layers of tender roast beef, melted provolone, and sweet caramelized onions tucked inside soft slider rolls, each bite is rich, savory, and satisfying. Served with warm au jus for dipping, they’re perfect for parties, game days, or casual family meals.
What makes these sliders especially irresistible is the buttery garlic-herb glaze brushed on top before baking, which gives the rolls a golden finish and extra depth of flavor.

Instructions
Step 1: Caramelize the Onions
Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and cook for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until soft and golden brown.
Stir in Worcestershire sauce, then remove from heat and set aside.
Step 2: Assemble the Sliders
Slice the rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected if possible. Place the bottom half in a greased baking dish.
Layer half of the provolone cheese, followed by the roast beef, caramelized onions, and the remaining cheese. Place the top halves of the rolls over the filling.
Step 3: Prepare the Garlic Butter
Melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Mix in the minced garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Brush the mixture evenly over the tops of the rolls.
Step 4: Bake
Cover the dish with foil and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes.
Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 5–7 minutes, until the tops are golden and the cheese is melted.
Step 5: Prepare the Au Jus
Prepare the au jus according to package instructions and keep it warm for serving.
Step 6: Serve
Slice into individual sliders and serve hot with the warm au jus for dipping.
