Crispy Everything Bagel Bites

Ingredients

2 bagels (plain or everything), cut into cubes
2–3 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
1–2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
Pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and burning.

Step 2: Cut the Bagels
Slice the bagels into evenly sized ½-inch cubes.

Tip: Slightly stale bagels work best—they’re drier, so they crisp faster and hold their shape better when tossed.

Step 3: Season
Place the cubes in a bowl, drizzle with oil, and toss until evenly coated. Sprinkle the seasoning over the top and toss again to distribute it well.

Step 4: Bake
Spread the cubes in a single layer on the baking sheet. Bake for 10–15 minutes, turning them halfway through.

Tip: Check them around the 10-minute mark—garlic and onion in the seasoning can brown quickly.

Step 5: Cool
Remove from the oven and let them cool completely on the pan. They’ll continue to crisp as they cool, giving them that perfect crunch.
