Juicy, seasoned chicken is paired with a melty blend of cheddar and mozzarella, then wrapped in a tortilla with a creamy garlic sauce and toasted until crisp. Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts, diced
  • 4 burrito-size flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup creamy garlic sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken
    In a bowl, toss the diced chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

Tip:
Pat the chicken dry first so it browns nicely and doesn’t steam.

  1. Cook the chicken
    Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked and lightly browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  2. Build the wraps
    Lay the tortillas flat and spread about 2 tablespoons of garlic sauce in the center of each. Add the cooked chicken, then sprinkle with cheddar and mozzarella.
  3. Roll them up
    Fold in the sides, then roll tightly from the bottom to form a secure wrap.

Tip:
Rolling tightly helps keep everything in place while cooking.

  1. Toast until crisp
    Wipe out the skillet and return it to medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden and crispy.
