Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps
Ingredients
- 2 large chicken breasts, diced
- 4 burrito-size flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup creamy garlic sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Season the chicken
In a bowl, toss the diced chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Tip:
Pat the chicken dry first so it browns nicely and doesn’t steam.
- Cook the chicken
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked and lightly browned. Remove from the pan and set aside. - Build the wraps
Lay the tortillas flat and spread about 2 tablespoons of garlic sauce in the center of each. Add the cooked chicken, then sprinkle with cheddar and mozzarella. - Roll them up
Fold in the sides, then roll tightly from the bottom to form a secure wrap.
Tip:
Rolling tightly helps keep everything in place while cooking.
- Toast until crisp
Wipe out the skillet and return it to medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden and crispy.
