3-Ingredient Buttery Potato Stacks

In the Midwest, comfort food is all about simple, satisfying dishes that feel cozy and familiar. These buttery potato stacks fit that idea perfectly—made with just a handful of ingredients, yet they look and taste impressive. Each stack has crisp, golden edges with a soft, tender center that’s hard to resist.

They’re simple enough for an everyday meal but also work well for gatherings. Serve them with roasted meats, rich stews, or grilled vegetables, or pair them with burgers or salads for a bit of extra texture and crunch.
