Instructions
- Prepare the Eggs
Place 6 of the hard-boiled eggs whole into a large food processor. Slice the other 6 in half and add only their yolks to the processor. Set aside the egg whites for later use. - Make the Dip Base
Into the food processor, add the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, paprika, salt, black pepper, cayenne, and 1 teaspoon of the chives. Blend everything on high until smooth and creamy. - Mix in Egg Whites
Chop the reserved egg whites into small pieces and fold them into the dip mixture by hand. Transfer the finished dip to a serving bowl. - Garnish and Serve
Sprinkle the remaining chopped chives and a dash of paprika on top. Add sliced pickles for an optional zesty touch. Serve chilled with your favorite dippers like crackers, pretzels, or fresh veggies.
