Ham Bombs

These cheesy ham rolls were a staple snack for my older brother back in college—quick to make, satisfying, and incredibly comforting. With just deli ham, cheddar cheese, and cream cheese, they come together in no time. Simply roll them up, bake until the edges are lightly golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly, and you’ve got the perfect option for busy days or late-night cravings.
They’re best served warm alongside something fresh like a crisp salad, sliced cucumbers, or cherry tomatoes. If you’re in the mood for extra flavor, try pairing them with ranch dressing or spicy mustard for dipping. They also work great for meal prep—make a batch ahead of time and enjoy easy snacks or quick lunches throughout the week.
