Cheeseburger Wraps

Ingredients

IngredientAmount
Ground beef450 g (1 lb)
Large flour tortillas4
Shredded cheddar cheese1 cup
Shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)½ cup
Small onion, finely chopped1
Chopped pickles½ cup
Shredded lettuce1 cup
Medium tomato, diced1
Garlic powder1 teaspoon
Paprika1 teaspoon
Salt½ teaspoon
Black pepper½ teaspoon

Optional Burger Sauce

IngredientAmount
Mayonnaise¼ cup
Ketchup2 tablespoons
Mustard1 teaspoon

Instructions

Step 1: Brown the Beef

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and chopped onion. Cook for 6–8 minutes, breaking the meat into small pieces as it cooks, until browned and the onion is tender.

Step 2: Add the Seasonings

Stir in the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly so the seasonings coat the beef evenly, then remove from the heat.

Tip: If there’s excess grease in the skillet, drain it before assembling the wraps to help keep the tortillas crisp.

Step 3: Prepare the Sauce

If using, combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard in a small bowl. Stir until smooth and well blended.

Step 4: Assemble the Wraps

Place a tortilla on a flat surface. Spread a spoonful of sauce in the center. Add a portion of the seasoned beef, followed by the cheddar and mozzarella, pickles, lettuce, and diced tomato.

Step 5: Fold and Roll

Fold both sides of the tortilla inward, then roll tightly from the bottom up to fully enclose the filling.

Step 6: Toast for Extra Flavor (Optional)

Place the wraps seam-side down in a hot, dry skillet. Cook for 1–2 minutes per side, until the tortillas are golden brown and crisp and the cheese inside is fully melted.

Serve warm and enjoy all the flavors of a cheeseburger in an easy-to-eat wrap.
