A Mediterranean twist on the classic chicken salad, this version bursts with crunchy vegetables, tangy feta, and fragrant herbs. It’s a bright and satisfying dish that works beautifully in sandwiches, wraps, or all on its own.

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Assemble the Salad Base:

  2. Create the Dressing:
