Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Oven

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper or lightly coat them with cooking spray.

Step 2: Arrange the Chips

Place the tortilla scoops on the baking sheets with the cup side facing upward. Select intact chips whenever possible for easier filling and serving.

Step 3: Make the Filling

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, egg, drained corn, green chiles, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until the mixture is smooth and evenly blended.

Note: The egg helps bind the ingredients together, allowing the filling to hold its shape while baking.

Step 4: Fill the Chips

Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the mixture into each tortilla scoop. Avoid overfilling to prevent the cheese from overflowing during baking.

Step 5: Add Parmesan and Bake
