Instructions
- Preheat & Prepare Dry Ingredients
Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Set this dry mix aside. - Cream Butter & Sugars
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter until smooth and creamy. Gradually add both sugars, continuing to beat until well incorporated. - Add Eggs & Vanilla
Beat in the eggs one at a time, making sure each is fully mixed before adding the next. Stir in the vanilla extract. - Combine Wet & Dry
Slowly add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing on low speed until everything just comes together. - Add the Mix-Ins
Fold in the chocolate chips, oats, coconut, and pecans. Make sure all the add-ins are evenly distributed throughout the dough. - Portion & Bake
Scoop out dough in ¼-cup portions and place them about 3 inches apart on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 15 to 17 minutes, rotating the sheet halfway through, until the edges are golden brown. - Cool & Enjoy
Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a couple of minutes before transferring them to a wire rack. Once cooled, dig in and enjoy!
