My mother-in-law made this last Sunday, and I honestly couldn’t get enough. It’s incredibly creamy, comforting, and hard to believe it only takes 4 simple ingredients to make.

This 4-Ingredient Chicken Alfredo Biscuit Casserole is pure comfort in a baking dish. Juicy chicken, creamy Alfredo sauce, soft biscuit pieces, and gooey mozzarella cheese bake together into a rich and satisfying meal that’s perfect for busy nights. The biscuits bake up golden and fluffy on top while soaking in the creamy sauce underneath, giving the dish the cozy feel of a chicken pot pie blended with a cheesy Alfredo bake.

Easy Chicken Alfredo Biscuit Bake

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce (about 15–16 oz)
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (16.3 oz)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. Spread 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese evenly across the bottom of the dish.

Tip: The cheese melts into the sauce while baking, creating an extra creamy and flavorful layer underneath.

Step 2

In a bowl, combine the cooked chicken and Alfredo sauce. Spread the mixture evenly over the cheese layer in the baking dish.

Step 3

Cut each biscuit into 4 smaller pieces and distribute them evenly over the chicken mixture. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the top.

Tip: Cutting the biscuits into smaller pieces helps them bake evenly and absorb more of the creamy Alfredo sauce.

Step 4

Cover the dish loosely with foil and bake for 20 minutes.

Step 5

Remove the foil and continue baking for another 15–20 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the casserole is bubbling around the edges.
