Oh my gosh!! I made these for my son’s birthday party and I apparently didn’t make enough

These mini sandwiches are a great choice for gatherings or a quick bite. With crunchy Ritz crackers, savory ham, and gooey Swiss cheese, all finished with a seasoned butter topping, they’re simple yet packed with flavor.
Ingredients:

| Deli ham, sliced | 8 slices |
| Swiss cheese, sliced | 8 slices |
| Butter, melted | 4 tablespoons |
| Dijon mustard | 2 teaspoons |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 teaspoon |
| Garlic powder | 1/2 teaspoon |
| Poppy seeds | 1 teaspoon |
| Dried minced onion | 1/2 teaspoon |
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven
Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Prepare baking sheet
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
3. Cut fillings
Slice the ham and Swiss cheese into quarters to fit the crackers.
4. Assemble sandwiches
Arrange half of the crackers on the baking sheet. Add a piece of ham and cheese to each, then top with the remaining crackers.
5. Make butter topping
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, poppy seeds, and dried minced onion.
6. Brush tops
Brush the butter mixture evenly over the tops of the sandwiches.
7. Bake
Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the crackers turn lightly golden.
