Prepared on a foil-lined baking sheet, these turkey bombs are as easy to clean up as they are to make. As they bake, the Parmesan melts and crisps around the edges, creating irresistible cheesy bits packed with flavor. Serve them straight from the oven with toothpicks for easy snacking, or arrange them on a platter for sharing.
They pair wonderfully with fresh vegetables, leafy salads, or your favorite low-carb sides. For entertaining, offer dipping sauces such as ranch or blue cheese alongside a fresh tomato salad. If you’re avoiding bread, provide lettuce leaves for wrapping and serving.
Low-Carb 4-Ingredient Parmesan Turkey Bombs
Ingredients
| Ingredient | Amount |
|---|---|
| Ground turkey (93% lean) | 2 lbs |
| Finely grated Parmesan cheese | 1 cup, plus 2 tbsp for topping |
| Mayonnaise | ½ cup |
| Dried Italian seasoning | 2 tsp, divided |
Directions
Preheat the Oven
Heat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and lightly coat it with cooking spray or oil.
Prepare the Turkey Mixture
In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, 1 cup of Parmesan cheese, and 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning. Mix gently until everything is evenly incorporated.
Form the Turkey Bombs
Divide the mixture into 16 equal portions. Shape each portion into a golf-ball-sized round and gently flatten into a thick patty. Arrange them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving a little space between each one.
Add the Topping
In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise and remaining teaspoon of Italian seasoning. Brush the mixture evenly over the tops of the turkey portions. Sprinkle with the remaining 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese.
Bake
Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 18–22 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown, the cheese is bubbling around the edges, and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Rest and Serve
Allow the turkey bombs to rest for about 5 minutes before serving. Use a thin spatula to lift them carefully, making sure to scoop up any crispy Parmesan edges. Serve warm.
