Slow Cooker Beer Cheese Sausage Bites

Ingredients

  • 2 packages smoked sausage, 14 ounces each, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
  • 1 block cream cheese, 8 ounces, cubed
  • 1 can cheddar cheese soup, 10 ounces
  • 3/4 cup beer

Directions

1. Add the sausage

Slice the smoked sausage into bite-size rounds if needed.

Place the sausage evenly in the bottom of the slow cooker.

2. Add the cheese and beer

Add the cubed cream cheese over the sausage.

Spoon in the cheddar cheese soup, then pour the beer over everything.

3. Slow cook

Cover and cook on LOW for 2 to 3 hours.

Stir once or twice during cooking to help the cream cheese melt evenly and blend into the sauce.

The sausage bites are ready when the sauce is smooth, creamy, and completely heated through.

4. Keep warm and serve

Switch the slow cooker to WARM for serving.

Serve directly from the slow cooker with toothpicks for easy snacking, or spoon onto plates with crackers, pretzel bites, or toasted bread.

These sausage bites also pair well with coleslaw, potato salad, baked beans, or a fresh vegetable tray.

Rich, smoky, creamy, and incredibly easy, these four-ingredient sausage bites are the kind of party snack that disappears fast.
