Slow Cooker Smoky Sausage Macaroni

A cozy one-pot meal with smoky sausage, tender macaroni, and a rich tomato sauce.

Ingredients

  • 14 oz smoked sausage, sliced
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Optional: parsley or parmesan for topping

Instructions

  1. Add sliced sausage, onion, garlic, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, broth, paprika, Italian seasoning, and pepper to a slow cooker.
  2. Stir well and cook on LOW for 3–4 hours.
  3. Stir in the uncooked macaroni.
  4. Cover and cook another 20–30 minutes until pasta is tender.
  5. Mix in cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Serve hot with parmesan or parsley on top.

Optional Add-Ins

  • Bell peppers
  • Red pepper flakes for heat
  • Cream cheese for extra creaminess
  • Mozzarella cheese on top

This dish pairs great with garlic bread or a simple salad.
