Slow Cooker Smoky Sausage Macaroni

A cozy one-pot meal with smoky sausage, tender macaroni, and a rich tomato sauce.
Ingredients
- 14 oz smoked sausage, sliced
- 2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Optional: parsley or parmesan for topping
Instructions
- Add sliced sausage, onion, garlic, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, broth, paprika, Italian seasoning, and pepper to a slow cooker.
- Stir well and cook on LOW for 3–4 hours.
- Stir in the uncooked macaroni.
- Cover and cook another 20–30 minutes until pasta is tender.
- Mix in cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
- Serve hot with parmesan or parsley on top.

- Bell peppers
- Red pepper flakes for heat
- Cream cheese for extra creaminess
- Mozzarella cheese on top
