Slow Cooker Apple Cider Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 4 thick-cut pork chops, boneless or bone-in
- 1 cup apple cider
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- ½ cup barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Lightly grease the inside of a slow cooker and arrange the pork chops in a single layer.
- In a bowl, whisk together the apple cider, onion soup mix, and barbecue sauce until well combined.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the pork chops, making sure they are evenly coated.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4–6 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours, until the pork chops are tender and cooked through.
- Spoon the flavorful cider sauce over the pork chops before serving.
- Serve hot with mashed potatoes, rice, buttered noodles, vegetables, or your favorite side dishes.
